Per Incident Support

If you have a low volume of incidents requiring our assistance we highly recommend our incident support plans.

You can either pay per hour for each ticket you raise with us, or you can buy a block of hours to use at any time for any tickets raised.

Purchased time blocks expire after one year from the date of purchase & do not include time on site.

These services include remote support only. On-site services are charged an additional charge as below.

Our Requirements

We want to make sure we can provide our best service, every time.

All our support plans require that we have carried out an IT Health Check before we engage in support services. This will be carried out automatically as part of any subscription agreement and built into the setup costs for the agreement, for per hour support this work will be charged at a discounted professional services rate.

What’s an IT Health Check?

Our Health Check service is an audit of all of your IT equipment that is provided on site, outside of your normal office hours, by 2 of our senior engineers. Once the check has been completed a prioritised recommendations document is created, some of these recommendations may need to be completed before we will engage in any support services.
