What’s an IT Health Check?
When we provide an IT Health Check our team performs an audit of all of your IT equipment and documentation is created that provides you will all available information regarding the equipment & software you are using. We consider this the foundation of any support services we may supply you and it gives both our team and you a clear understanding of the systems and equipment you have in place along with how critical these may be to your organisation.
Once the check is completed a number of documents are created for you, the first details what equipment & systems we found, any software versions, hardware warranty status & more. If required, particularly if you have a more complex network, a network structure document will be created so we can all clearly understand how your devices communicate. Finally, a prioritised recommendations document is provided to you with suggested projects we would recommend you arranging to complete in future.
We aim to resolve any minor issues on the day.
If we come across any minor issues that will not impact completion of the audit, we will discuss these with you and resolve them immediately where possible!
To avoid disruption to your staff & wider organisation, we recommend a health check engagement is carried out outside of your core operating hours, where this is not possible we will work with you to determine the best time for the check to be completed.
Our health check service is normally carried out our most senior engineers, this allows us to resolve many minor issues on the day, without any additional cost to you and means our technical team will have all the documentation they need on hand to assist you in future.
